I’ve gone in here a fair amount of times. Everytime I’ve gone the stylists have not been very friendly, and their professionalism is lacking. I did the online check in today and arrived a minute before the suggested time and was number 1 in line on the board. I checked in and a stylist came up shortly after and did not check to see if I was in and took the person behind me. Then another stylist left for lunch despite there being a line of 4 people. I then went from On Deck to waiting 15 mins on the board. It did not take 15 but 25 mins before any stylist called my name. They were goofing off instead of seeing the next people in line. The line was now at 6 people. At this point I was unable to get my haircut and completely wasted an hour of my time driving to the store, waiting, and driving to my next location.

Place is packed and stylists or whatever SC REFERS TO THEM AS, have no sense of urgency to serve the customer! They are conversing taking there sweet time to call another customer! Watched several potential customers walk in wait observe and leave! Missed business. I was almost one of those, as i was walking out my name was called!!! Location staff sucks if its busy!!!!

I've been going to this location for a while, but today the computer froze and after my (and my son's) haircut, I was waiting for at least 10 minutes just to pay. The assistant manager suggested I go get cash and was rude to the point where I dropped a twenty on the counter to tip the stylists and told her to comp our cuts. She said that my account would be flagged and I would probably have to pay next time... news flash: there will be no next time!
